When will I be expected to pay for my flat roofing work?

As part of our 5 step customer service pledge we do not ask our customers to make any payment until they receive our detailed invoice in the post following completion of the work. The invoice will include full details of all work carried out, associated costs and details of your guarantee. We would always advise customers to be cautious of any roofing contractors who ask for a large or full payment before any work has been carried out, particularly if you have not receive any official paperwork from them.
