Our Plan for Looking after Your Commercial Roof

The materials used may differ from place to place. To provide the proper care for these kinds of roof, we have a Roof Asset Management Plan. Following this plan ensures that nothing will be overlooked when you hire RG Leverett to inspect the roof of your commercial property.
Our Roof Asset Management Plan
There are three steps in our Roof Asset Management Plan:
- Assessment. Before we do anything else, we make a comprehensive inspection of your roof. This will include a full visual inspection, accurate measurements and a photographic record of the state of your roof at the time of the assessment.
- Risk Matrix. Using the information gathered during the assessment, we will construct a Risk Matrix showing which areas of your roof require immediate attention and which areas are in good condition.
- Action Plan. Where your roof is in need of immediate repair, we will devise an action plan to fix your roof with the minimal disruption to the running of your commercial business.
The owners of commercial properties are often tempted to leave minor damage untreated. However, this is a big mistake. Making minor repairs as soon as they are identified will avoid much bigger problems further down the line.
