Our Free No-Obligation Roof Surveys

We fix roofs all year round, but the sun shining makes our job more pleasant and over the last couple of weeks we’ve had some lovely blue skies and Norfolk views. There are some signs that your roof may need some attention that you can see from the ground: missing tiles, leaky guttering, an overabundance of plant life. If you are worried about getting up there to explore further, then don’t forget that we offer a free no-obligation survey.

We won’t charge you for a full survey of your roof, and we’re committed to being honest and upfront. If no work needs to be done, we will be on our way. If we spot anything amiss, we will provide you with a full written report and quotation for the work within 72 hours. We never ask for payment in advance of work.

The full written report will detail the state of your roof and roofline and give you a quotation from us for how much we will charge you to put everything right. If there are any elements of the proposed work that you wish to discuss, you can contact us by email or telephone and we will be happy to return to your property.

There is no obligation for you to have us undertake the work because we provided the survey. However, please check the accreditations of any roofer that you consider hiring. Getting a ‘cowboy’ in might seem cheaper but can wind up costing you a lot more (and causing a lot of hassle) in the long run.
