Our 5 Step Service Pledge to Our Customers

We appreciate that roof installation and repair is a costly undertaking. It is only natural for our potential customers to ask why they should choose us over our competitors? In an attempt to answer that question, we have produced our 5 step service pledge that outlines exactly what our customers can expect from us. When you choose RG Leverett Ltd to replace your roof, you will know exactly what you are getting at each stage of the process.

5 Step Service Pledge

1. Free Survey. Our initial survey of your roof is completely free and you are under no obligation to contract us for the work. An experienced roofer will carry out the survey at a time convenient to you.
   
2. Full Quotation. We will provide a full written quotation for the work identified in the survey within 72 hours.
   
3. Book a Date. Upon acceptance of our quotation, we will book a mutually convenient date to carry out the work. 
   
4. Work Completion. All of our uniforms and vehicles have the RG Leverett Ltd branding making everyone identifiable. The work will be completed to a high standard by professional, polite and courteous roofing engineers. When the work is completed, you will be invited to inspect your roof.
   
5. Payment. We never ask for payment in advance. You will be invoiced the full agreed amount upon completion of the work.
