We recently completed a cutting-edge roofing project on a local home extension: the installation of a Topseal GRP roofing system coupled with 150mm PIR insulation boards. This combination enhances the property’s aesthetic appeal and delivers exceptional energy efficiency, exceeding all the requirements of modern building regulations.
The Topseal GRP Roofing System
GRP, or Glass Reinforced Plastic, is a highly durable and weather-resistant material that we’ve been using for years. It has exceptional strength, and this, combined with its low maintenance needs, makes it an ideal choice for homeowners seeking a long-lasting roofing solution. The Topseal GRP system used on this Norwich extension offers superior waterproofing and protection against harsh weather conditions.
We also integrated 150mm PIR insulation boards into the roofing system.
