RG Leverett were tasked with carrying out the replacement of an old slate roof at the offices of Spire Solicitors in Dereham, near Norwich.
Having removed the existing roof covering, we fitted new treated timber battens and a breather membrane. To this were fitted Spanish slates, which are renowned for their high quality, durability, fire resistance and natural beauty.
The old roof had also featured a damaged roof life. This was replaced with a Korniche roof lantern, making for a fantastic centrepiece in this newly refurbished roof.
