What is TrustMark?

The TrustMark scheme is supported by the government, consumer groups and the building industry to ensure you receive a job well done. The TrustMark award means that: - Our technical skills, trading record and financial position have been checked by scheme operators. - We have agreed to the TrustMark code of practice that includes insurance, good health and safety practices and customer care. - The quality of our work, trading practices and customer satisfaction are continually monitored. - We will provide you with information about any building regulations you must adhere to and, where possible, give you the certificates you need. Should you have any problems with the service you receive, we have a user-friendly complaints procedure in place to help resolve them.
