Protect your home with a durable GRP roofing system

The winter weather we have experienced in the last few months saw strong winds and heavy rain cause havoc in rural areas. Morston’s position on the North Norfolk coast, about half way between Cromer and Hunstaton, means it is often exposed to lots of this extreme weather.
As part of work to build several new extensions, a customer recently contacted us looking for an insulated, durable and long lasting flat roofing system that would protect their property from even the worst of weather conditions.
After discussions with the homeowner they chose GRP as a covering. Our GRP roofing systems have been quality tested by the British Board of Agrement (BBA), who found them to be technically superior to all other fibreglass roofing systems currently available on the market.
Having begun the work by installing a vapour layer, 130mm PIR insulations was laid down before we mechanically fixed into place 18mm Osb board. Onto this was applied the GRP system.
