When it comes to getting a new roof installed, it's very important to make sure you find a reliable and trustworthy company to carry out the job.   1. No obligation survey: Please feel free to contact us by telephone or email and we will help you with any queries you may have. We can then arrange for one of our experience tradesmen to call and inspect your roof area at a time that suits you.
  2. Written quotation within 72 hours: Once we have visited your property and inspected your roof, we will have a written report or quotation sent to your address within 72 hours after visiting your property. If for some reason we cannot meet this timescale, we will contact you and let you know the reason and when you should be receiving it. If there is something you are unclear about or would like to discuss your quote further, please contact us.
  3. Booking a date: If you decided to accept our quote, we will book in a time and date that is convenient for you. We always try our best to get the work done as soon as possible so of course, if your roof is leaking, we will do our best to prioritise you accordingly. If we are unable to carry out the work on the date we agreed, we will contact you as soon as we can in advance, just to minimise the inconvenience to you.
  4. Completing the work: Our skilled and experienced roofers will arrive at your property on the chosen date in an R G Leverett Ltd vehicle. All our staff wears R G Leverett Ltd uniform, so they can be easily identified. The work you your roof will receive will be to a high standard and once the work has been completed you will have the opportunity to inspect the roof area.
  5. Payment: An invoice which contains details of the work that's been completed, the costs and the guarantee will be posted to your address after the completion of the work. We generally ask for payment from our customers within 30 days. If you have asked us to arrange for an insurance backed guarantee for your roofing work, we will arrange for this to be sent to you as soon as we have received payment for the roofing work.
