Customer service pledge: Our promises to you

In our industry word of mouth and reputation is everything and therefore we take customer service very seriously. We have worked hard over the years to develop and maintain an excellent reputation as an honest, fair and responsible company. We pride ourselves on offering our customers a high quality and efficient service at a competitive price.
To ensure we maintain this high level of service we have put in place a five step pledge to our customers:
1. Free no obligation surveys: It doesn’t matter whether you contact us by phone, email or in writing, we will arrange for one of our experienced roofers to call by and inspect your roof area at a mutually convenient date and time.
2. Quotations: We always aim to have a written report or quotation posted to your property within 72 hours of inspecting your roof. Where this is not possible we will contact you to let you know when to expect it. As part of your quotation we can take digital photographs of your roof area and are happy to revisit your property and discuss any queries you may have in more detail.
3. Arranging a date to complete the work: Should you decide to accept our quotation we will discuss with you a mutually convenient date time for the work to be carried out. In an emergency we will always do our best to prioritise you accordingly. Should we be unable to carry out the work on the agreed date, for example if weather conditions prevent us from working, we will do our best to let you know at the earliest opportunity to avoid any inconvenience.
4. Completion of the work: Our skilled and experienced roofers will arrive at your property at the agreed date and time, in a sign written RG Leverett vehicle. All staff will be wearing an RG Leverett uniform, making them easily identifiable. You can be confident that the work will be undertaken by polite and courteous tradesmen and once completed you will be offered the opportunity to inspect the roof area.
5. Payment and guarantee: Once the work has been completed you will receive an invoice that contains details of the work undertaken, the costs and your guarantee. We usually ask for payment within 30 days, which is standard accounting practice. Details of any insurance backed guarantees will be sent to you upon receipt of payment for the roofing works.
